Disappointed in online shopping

I am very disappointed in Pick n Pay Clothing Online. I placed an order on Monday morning 7:25. It Thursday today, I have not received a waybill or my order placed. The email address and telephone number on invoice received is incorrect. I've call pick n pay online clothing twice already since placing the order, but no positive results were received. No definite delivery date. 😕
