Disappointed Healthcare worker!!

Good day

I am honestly distraught and disappointed. I baught face masks at your pick n pay princess crossing branch, and I just want to convey my disappointment. As a health care worker during this pandemic, I am already facing a shortage of proper PPE , and thus baught a pack of "pocket size essentials disposable face masks" on Sunday 17 January 2021. Imagine my disappointment when I found a mask without ear loops in the packet! I've already spent my hard earned money on the masks only to find out that it was made for someone with only one ear! Unfortunately I only opened it today and thus I have already thrown my slip away.

I would please like a refund or a new supply of masks!
