Disappointed !!

I went to Pick n Pay Retail Park on the 20.03.23 at 12.11pm. The toilet paper on the shelve had a price tag of R64 99. 90 , not one tag but 3 price tags with this price. I took a pack of toilet paper to the till and they called the supervisor which refused to give it to me at that price. I asked him if he new the consumer act and he rep****, "yes, I do but I wont give it to you at that price"

A retailer displays the incorrect price in a shop

If there is an error in the price, the supplier cannot insist that the consumer pay a higher price for the goods or services than the one they display. If more than one price is displayed, the consumer is not required to pay the higher of the two prices displayed.20 Dec 2022
