Disappointed

Disappointed to say the least, the ASAP app I guess was created as a convenience tool to assist customers but to me it was pure torture. My first experience is hell. Used it yesterday to purchase a few essentials but until now I haven't received them. I called the store and spoke to Mathapelo who promised me feedback within an hour. 3 hours later I drove to the store and they promised to escalate the matter to head office and store manager said in an hour she will call me back. Now it's the following day and I'm still waiting
