Disappointed

To say I am annoyed with y’all will be an understatement how can you sell a product and not have the necessary equipment for them. I bought the Aim tv due to fluds I have lost the remote I’ve been to more than 5 shops even online it’s not available the tv is just sitting there. I have a mother to stays in bed 24/7 because of sickness she needs to watch something but the remote is not there I can not afford a new tv this one is less than a year old
