Disappointed

Yesterday 21st January 2024 I did grocery shopping for over R2000 The shop was quite empty and within minutes I was at the till point as announced on speaker The cashier was quite helpful packing in my groceries into the bags while I unpack the trolley. While the cashier was busy with the transaction, I started packing the pick n pay bags into my trolley. I am not young anymore and the bags was heavy. To my surprise the packer standing at the till next to our til point talking away with her colleague as if I was invisible. For a long while I packed bag for bag into the trolley. Is this really customer service you be the judge? Management of Pick n pay Clearwater can do better especially for the elderly. Pick n Pay Cape Town and Port Elizabeth is the best when it comes to customer service they value their clients and packers move from till to till to assist. Please check on your surveillance cameras btwn 2 and 3 in the afternoon. Many thanks
