Disappointed cusyomer

I just came from Pick n pay I Southgate to buy a few things. Since I its month end, the queues are veey long. I had 9 items in my trolley and decided to join the express till to pay. A lady in front of me, also a customer had about 7 items.it was her turn to be helped but I saw her being turned back and told she had to go and join the other queue fmore items. I couldn't understand since Im alway using the express till for 10 or less items. I was also told by the tellers to go an join the other queue since bona they only need only 5 items I didn't pay my grocery, I just left it there as it was late and I'd been queuing for about 10 minutes. I am so disappointed at the attitude of those tellers, I don't think I'll be using the supermarket again. I'm so angry Disappointed and embarassed
