I placed an order with Pick n Pay online. My account was debited immediately, yet the order was canceled without anyone bothering to call or notify me.

Now I’m told I must wait 3–5 working days for my own money to be refunded. This is unacceptable customer service. If payment can be taken instantly, why is a refund not just as quick?

Customers deserve timely communication and prompt refunds.
