Disappointed customer.
I'm so disappointed with the service I received, I made an online purchase on the 21st February 2020,and got confirmation that it was approved, and it Wil be delivered the next day before 10am and payment was made as well, received a call and reference for delivery. The next day comes, I get an SMS confirmation that the driver is on the way, after few hours I get another sms stating they can't deliver anymore, I called the call center - ***..and I was advised they can't deliver in my area anymore, which is ridiculous as it's not my 1st time doing an online purchase and they had delivered before, there is a reason why one does online shopping and not go directly to the store,
