Pick n Pay ASAP

I placed an order on the Pick n Pay ASAP updated app on Friday 25/07/2024 only to receive my order with a missing Item I’ve been charged for, I logged the enquiry on the app and to date still no response from PNP, mind you there’s not even a wallet option on the app for one to see if my refund has been credited. I’ve always used PNP ASAP through the Mr D app in the past with no issues like this it’s basically straight forward.

I need my refund so I can withdraw my funds and uninstall the app from my phone as it’s useless at this point.
