Disappointed customer

Hello my name is Melvin Mokwena I would like to complain about pick pay liquor tshwane reginal mall I bought amarula cream and when I get home it was rotten even thick and sticking inside, when I went back I found Johaness Masemola and whe I try to explain he accuses me of leaving it in the car for a very long and even said it's not expired its a factory falt, while busy complain he was having a chat about the weekend the another co worker instate of having a solution of my complain, they even rush to remove all the amarulas from the shelves.
