Disappointed Customer

I am really dissatisfied with the Pick 'n Pay 2 Layer chocolate cake I purchased on the 9 of November 2024, just to discover that it has mould on it. It's awful how people spend their money on things that aren't digestible by humans the very same mould which have fungal poison which is very dangerous to a human health . I have emailed the customer care on the 9th of November and till date I haven’t been assisted
