Disappointed customer

Hello Peter ! ...I was a customer at PnP clothing until the 29th of March when the cashier didn't remove the security tag on one of the garment I bought so I had to spend another R600 on bolt from Umlazi to gateway since I am not too fami**** with public transport but when I arrived there at the store the manager SAMKE GUMEDE was very rude towards me she even mocked me for being stingy and stupid for spending so much money on bolt she ended up forcing me to take the R200 gift card she said "it eather you take it or u can just leave empty handed" she was shouting as she said that I felt so little and disrespected by SAMKE GUMEDE I am never setting foot in that store because of her PnP clothing has lost a loyal customer..
