Disappointed customer

So I went to do groceries on Friday 24/09/2021, right I bought yoghurt Bliss so I decide to eat it Monday 27/09/2021 and guess what it expires 27/09/2021 like *** so I drive to Pick n pay and I’m told they can’t change it for me I must go to the pick n pay I bought it from. I am pregnant I am been thrown from north to south after standing in a queue for 10mins and for a product pick n pay has sold to a customer that has expired and has **** floating in it. What is happening in this world!!!
