disappointed customer

<p>I am really disappointed at the picknpay staff and service. I complained to Godfrey and Montgomery about the polony bread I bought from the store. The chips were stale and the worst was the cheese. It tasted and smelt off. Bringing this to their attention, I feel like my complaint was taken for granted as they promised to call me before 5pm but not even an sms did I receive. Their food is mostly tolerable but I vomited just hours after having the chips and off putting cheese which, they themselves couldn't taste. I'm really disappointed as this is one of the biggest retailers in SA but what a let down.</p>
