Disappointed Customer

I went grocery shopping at pick n pay Woodmead today. I purchased the 2kg I&J fish fingers which was advertised at R159 99 amongst other monthly items. Only when I got home did I notice that I was charged R189 99. This is not the first time that this has happened. Your double the difference only applies when you are in store but not once you leave and return. Who has the time to check every single item as it’s being scanned when you are purchasing groceries for the month. This can only be identified if you are purchasing a few items. To make matters worse, I stood in a queue to redeem my Jamie Oliver knives to be told that they don’t have stock. Really!!!! This is utterly disappointing being a loyal customer for years.
