Disappointed Customer

I was at the Pick 'n Pay in Central Walk Centrefor cash withdrawal. The cashier gave me R50 and I asked her to please give me change she refused and said she didn't have I asked her colleague which her till was open and saw that she was capable of giving me but she bluntly refused. The centre walk is situated between Church and Pretorius.

I get that cashier work long hours but they should change their attitude towards customers as they contribute to our paycheck. I work in Custom services and I know how frustrating it but If you keep you customers happy you will be rewarded for it no matter how hard it gets.
