Disappointed Cream and Caramel Tart.

I Bought a 500ml pnp brand no name Cream today to make a peppermint tart for my Birthday 27 March 2024. How catastrophic it turned out as it curdled when mixing in the caramel. What a waste of ingredients, money and time. Disappointed in not being able to make my family the desert they chose for after Supper.
