Disappointed by the staff at parcel counter
I left my parcels at the pick n pay Maponya mall parcel counter. The plastic bag which I left had baby nappies, baby bottles and a shampoo. After doing my shopping, I collected my parcel, only to find my shampoo missing when I arrived home.
I tried calling the store four times with no response. Is this how pick n pay treats its customers? I am pained and disappointed by this encounter...
