Disappointed

Disgusting service that i have ever received om the 22nd November at 4.20pm i made an order from. Pick n pay online Over an hour later i get a message that certain products are out of stock an hour later after processing my order The driver arrived around 6 pm to. Deliver the items a consultant called me to ask me to go down and collect my order i said he must come up what do we pay delivery service for???? I still explained i have a new born baby and was not able to go down. She said that she will speak to him to come up I then buzzed my guards down stairs they said the driver left with my parcels because he said its not his job to carry it upstairs and its heavy. I have been calling pick n pay online but thier message box is full it is the 12th of December and i have not received my refund? I. Order from checkers on many occasions and have never had these issues before pick n pay if you can not. Keep up with the volumes or pay your staff properly to. Do thier jobs then improve. Save your self the trouble and never try to use this app it is ridiculous disgusting and disappointing.
