Disappointed at the Daveyton Mall Pick & Pay

This morning the 22nd April 2021 I rushed to the Daveyton Mall Pick & Pay on my way to work knowing that they open at 7h00 only to find that the opening time has changed to 8h00. I and other customers waited. The staff members were very relaxed and having a chat. Some were sitting down.At 8h00 the doors were still not opened. On inquiring we were told that there were no cashiers at the tills. At 8.05 the doors were eventually opened. I took whatever off to the till. Still no cashier. I spotted one at a far end. I went. She did not bother looking at me whilst slowly opening the money plastic bags as if her fingers were sore. Another cashier the other side of the counter was dancing. Not caring a damn about us. Because I was complaining one cashier after collecting her float called to help me. She was apologetic. Where was the manager??. Does it even have one??. Were the cashiers not supposed to prepare for customers before sothat on reopening they are readily waiting for us. That was not my first lousy experience at the Daveyton Mall Pick & Pay but the worst. The staff is not only unfriendly and hostile they are rude too!!!. The shop is dirty as well. Customers are not allowed to push trollies out without an escort from the shop. The joke is there is JUST ONE ESCOURT/ Trolly boy who disappears hours on end. When your grocery is a lot you have to carry it out yourself or ask for assistance from good samaritand at a fee ofcourse.. It is such a shame to see fellow Black people treating their kind so shabbily. My question is WHERE IS THE MANAGER?? WHERE IS THE FLOOR MANAGER. Daveyton Mall Pick & Pay is niw ONE CUSTOMER OFF. I will take my hard earned money where I am Valued.
