Disappointed at pick n pay phoenix plaza

I'm so disappointed in Phoenix plaza pick n pay if it's a franchise plz take away your brand pick n pay that store doesn't have aircon, no smart shopper card, staff wasn't wearing uniform only few of them did, their meat fridges were warm I think they switch off after each and every day, store was dirty, long lines and the funny part is that u have to accompany someone from the store to the parking bay in order to get a trolley.
