Disappointed at Pick ‘n Pay ASAP Protea glen mall

I want to express my frustration regarding the Pick ‘n Pay ASAP delivery service. This is the second time my order has been delayed by over 3 hours. Yesterday, I placed my order at 18:15 but only received it at 20:15. The delivery was made by a lady named Eunice Mogotsi, who apologized and explained that she had been waiting at Pick ‘n Pay Protea Glen Mall since around 16:00. She was in communication with the store to find out if there were any orders to deliver, but was told no. Then, only at 20:00 was she instructed to deliver my order. Why does this always happen at Pick ‘n Pay Protea Glen Mall? It feels like the staff there are not managing things properly. I had guests visiting, and I was waiting to start cooking the meat, which caused a huge inconvenience. I’m really disappointed and hope this can be addressed. Do the staff who work with asap delivery know what they doing. I would like to be called to explain why my order was so late yesterday
