Disappointed and disgusted at the rate of service from Pnp customer service and products

I had purchased a cartoon of PnP brand custard and found that which pouring out for my kid in a bowl,a small black ****roach was in the custard. i had taken out pictures and sent to the customer line who did not take the time to care....all they did was sent an email advising that R26 will be refunded to my smart shopper card.

Sometimes we rather stick to the brands of quality to prevent issues like this. A lesson learnt and never again will i shop at a Pnp shop let alone a Pnp brand.

Totally disgusted at they rate of concern.
