Disappointed and disgusted

On Saturday my husband and i went to pick n pay vangate mall, we do our monthly shopping there every month, we bought over R3000 worth of goods and the cashier was very helpful but had no1 to help help and i had to pack, then my husband ask the lady next to us if she can help and she told him straight that shes not working at that till point our cashier must go and look for her packer, which i find very disgusted where as she was just standing there and talking leaning over the counter and another instance happened last week Thursday i bought a chest freezer online at pick n pay and when we opend up the box we had to dents in our freezer, we pay alot of money to receive such damage goods, im not 1 to complain but im disgusted in the service lately.
