Disappointed

It only gets a 1 star because there's no option for 0 star, last month I did grocery shopping at pick n pay in phoenix(my first time doing this at pick n pay) , my experience was "OK" the store seemed to be all over the place. I bought my groceries as normal, everything was fine except for the pick n pay brand milk, tasted like it had been diluted, I emailed pick n pay 1 month ago and still haven't received feedback. I decided to give pick n pay a second try this month, I didn't get past getting a trolley, they were absolutely dirty and the ones that were clean had no handles, I don't know how management expected us to use those trolleys or even put our food in them. Really really unacceptable
