Disappointed

Pick n pay Kempton square.I had a worse shopping experience this morning,i wanted to 1,5 aquelle flavoured water whis was on special,when i got to the cashier(Sithabile Msane) she informed me that the speed poind if offline and my colleague quickly went to the atm to withdraw money. As she was processing the payment i realise that the water went off with the original price and i then asked her why? She told me that it will not go through with the special price since the speed poiis offline..I asked for the supervisor so that she can come and override the payment..When she came she said i have to leave the water or wait for the speedpoint to be online.

I then asked her why are the customers not informed about this i was in the shop for long enough to hear when it was announced.She then made a nasty example about the home affairs as she giving a nasty attitude..

I am disappointed as a loyal customer of Pick n pay Kempton square(I buy my lunch and bread almost every at pick n pay) to learn that the items that was on special were technical not sold to you if you are only are...If you not aware you will buy with the iloriginal price..

I hope Pick n Pay Kempton square will fix the issue as this is a ******* to the customer
