DISAPPOINTED

This is completely unacceptable. I purchased yogurt from Pick ‘n Pay at kwaMnyandu Mall yesterday, and when I opened it, it was utterly rotten. The smell, texture, and taste made it obvious it had gone bad long before being sold.

Selling spoiled dairy products is not only negligent but a serious health risk. This is a food safety issue, and I am extremely disappointed that Pick ‘n Pay allowed this product to be on the shelves.

I have attached proof of purchase and photos of the spoiled yogurt. I demand immediate action: check your stock, remove expired products, and ensure this does not happen again. I also expect a prompt response and resolution, including a refund for this unsafe product.
