Disappointed

Made an order via pick n pay asap, they called me and i couldn't get to my phone on time and i got a missed call, when i tried to call them back, the phone rang unanswered. Then i called the customer service and was told my order was canceled because the items i ordered were out of stock. I was disappointed because they could've called me again to make an alternative but they just canceled. Why not have an option to choose an alternative like checkers or send a message on the app to inform customers that items are out of stock or better yet when choosing an item on the app make it known that its out of stock. Never ever buying from them again.
