Disappointed

I bought Pick n Pay brand 6 pack plain yoghurt from the Southgate branch.To my surprise I found someone,s contact lense inside just after opening it to snack.My concern is don't you guys have quality checks before you send your staff to the shops.I was lucky coz it was just on top ,if it was in the bottom I was going to eat that contact lense.
