Disappointed

I have never a company that is so *********** in UPDATING DETAILS. Since July already!!! I have been asking them to amend my email address to a new one. Prior to that; I have to beg them to change my cellphone number. What’s so difficult in changing contact details; especially if you want to keep your clients up to date. Ridiculous at its best!!!
