Disappointed

Very long story short pick n pay liquor had a brochure out valid 24/8 to 2/9 2018 , however on the front cover of the brochure it almostlooks like an addendum ( for want of a better word( where they advertised to win a Smeg bar fridge and 2 bottles of Spier wine at R270 for 2 , that competition ended 30/9 ...I went in to purchase the wine so that I could be entered into the competition ,at Clearwater they told me the price was only valid until 2/9 .... I then questioned whether I would get an entry as the marketing was slightly misleading (this happened on the 7/9 a manager was and called and promised to come back to me NO CALL TO DATE.i went int9 the store and he ran around , I phoned smart shopper toll free line and customer care and no one knew of the competition ?A lady asked me to send her a photo of the advert which I did NO REPLY , the only 2 managers who went the extra mile but couldn’t resolve the problem were Desiree and Thato the rest a waste of time ...... to add fuel to the fire I called your toll free numbers asking for the blame of the regional or divisional managers contact details , was kept on hold for while and finally hung up .A REALLY POOR SHOW FROM A COMPANY I SHOP AT ON A REGILAR BASIS , LIKE CHICKENS RUNNING AROUND WITHOUT HEADS , REALLY DISAPPOINTED.Competition has come and gone and obviously I don’t Know if I had an entry .
