Disappointed

I received my online order for groceries on the 28th of February 2020 from Pick n Pay Hyper, however my Vienna’s were written use before 24 February 2020 meaning I received them already expired. Immediately when I noticed this, I called Pick n Pay they kept on transferring me to the online department where the phone just rings with no answer or it takes me straight to voicemail. I called numerous times until a lady says maybe I should explain to her what is the problem. Which I did and she promised to call me back and I am still waiting for pick n Pay Hyper to intervene... I’m still sitting with rotten Vienna’s that I paid for.
