Disappointed

Good day My father had a very bad experience with Brentwood Park pick n pay on the 23rd of September 2017. I was having a spit braai for my birthday that day and asked my father to purchase the pap tert at pick n pay that day, when he got there and asked about it, no one knew what he was talking about, he then asked for assistance from a manager and finally was able to buy the pap tert... He had to wait 20 min for it and when he did get it they charged him R49.90 per kg instead of the advertised amount which was R49.90 for 1.2 kgs. He was in a rush though, having to wait for it to be made so he didn't have the time or the patience to even check until he got to my spit braai. To our disappointment, when we opened it up, we saw that there was very little Bacon in it and no onion at all even though it was advertised as; with cheese, Bacon and onion. The pap tert was a huge disappointment and an embarrassment to be served to my guests. It was bland and not worth the R120 spent. We shop at Brentwood Park pick n pay everyday and the service at the store is not like it use to be, we constantly battle with cigarette stock and stock issues in general. The only reason we still shop there is because most of the till staff are friendly and helpful. I know that I will never purchase a pap tert there again because I feel it was money wasted. Brentwood Park pick n pay need to get their act together or we will take our money else where.
