Disappearing Parcels

Pick n Pay New Redruth. I bought an Aramex sleeve and dropped a shipment at 10:30 on Tuesday. It's Friday now and my parcel cannot be tracked and it's nowhere to be found. This would be Aramex fault if the package was atleast scanned, but it's not so it clearly disappeared from the drop off box before it could be. The ownus is on Pick n Pay. Dissapointing. And I want my money back.
