DISABLED WOMAN HELP
Good day,

I find it shocking to learn that Pick & Pay Faerie Glen don't adhere to requests from disabled people at Customer Care.

My mother was at your store this morning. She and her assistant walked in with the assistant pushing her in a wheelchair. They got a small basket and got a few groceries. The basket was full and they went to Customer Care desk and asked for them to keep a trolley aside for them so that when collecting more groceries the trolley can be filled.

Somehow the assistant there did not listen and unpacked the trolley. Do you have a service to assist disabled people? Perhaps assisting them to walk with the wheelchair with a trolley.

This has caused me in my busy routine, having to make time to again visit your shop to pick and pay the goods that was unpacked. We don't have time for this hassles. If disabled people will be treated this way we have no choice but to take our shopping elsewhere.

Disgusted,
Marinda Boeyens
for Marie du Plessis
