Pick n Pay Promenade Branch Last month I bought brown sugar and in there I found large pieces of sugar rocks which not even hot water desolved. I bought a chocolate caramel cake and it was uneven high-low, it seems as though Pick n Pay promenade branch doesn't seem to care on there products they producing because they expect us to eat it.
