Dirty Store and bad attitudes

I have been a shopper at your Boston branch since 1999, and unfortunately i have to complain about a few serious issues.<br> A. cleanliness: The store looks neglected, and an unpleasant odour (smells like it originates from the butchery area) pervades throughout the store.<br> <br> Tiles are dirty late in the day, cashiers look disheveled, till areas not wiped immediately after certain damp products( chicken etc) soil the counter tops.<br> floor supervisors are nowhere to be seen when trying to voice a complaint, often only being met by blank stares from junior staff.<br> my complaints are probably more numerous and i feel the store is on a downwards spiral.<br> As a fellow boston resident my neighbors and i have regularly discussed our disappointment with the store.<br> i have watched on several occasions how patrons have lost their tempers in store to only walk out upset with the utter lack of customer service and customer sympathy and empathy.<br> i am pretty sure its only a matter of time before someone contacts the Dept of health and submits a complaint.<br> <br> Regards<br>
