Dirty Store

Its appalling how the Liberty Promenade store looked on 3 Nov 2019 at around 18:00( please check the cctv footage to see the state it was in, as l'm not able to upload photos that l took), with dirty floors all over the store and merchandising staff leaving stacked empty card boards on the floor. I asked for the store manager whose name is Yoliswa, the lady was nothing but rude, unapologetic and gave excuses of the cleaning staff that were swapping which l didn't understand. Yoliswa told me that it is Pick n Pay's policy that states that the floor should not be cleaned when its busy which to me doesn't make sense. Cleaners have wet signs and should mop a small section at a time during operations so Yoliswa's poor management and planning s****s led to a store looking like it had been hit by a hurricane. It is totally unacceptable for us shoppers to come shop in such a filthy store.
