Dirty Shop, horrible service, !!!!!!

I thought pick and pay shop was as standard clean shop up until I crossed the M1 to Pan African Mall, I am used to a very clean environment as I stay in Sandton, this Pick N Pay at PAN is the worst. Apples on top of the fridge that has frozen meat, apples and juice everywhere, almost every fridge, no order ,Gees , that shop is horrible, What happened to food poisoning, that is just the least, the service was the worst, half of the staff did not have name tags, the manager was on the phone for the 30 minutes I was in that shop. I tried to complain to him, I asked his name and surname, he refused to tell me, after a struggle he said, his name was Jonathan?Johannes or something like that, he told me a very rude way. Pick n Pay group should do something about that store.
