Dirty or no trolleys at Knysna Pick and Pay

For the past few months, the Knysna Pick and Pay, always have a shortage of trolleys and baskets, and when availlable the trolleys are very dirty. When you speak to management about the problem they have give you a sorry face and say they are working on the problem. I would have sorted this problem within 1 day
