Diluted milk

I'm very disappointed at the quality of your long life PnP branded milk, which I bought at Randridge Mall towards the end of November. I bought 36 litres (six six-packs) of full cream milk from you and when I opened the first one at home today, it had a very watery consistency and looks like it has been mixed with at least 50% water. I opened a second box from the same six-pack, and it looks and tastes exactly the same. I went on to check boxes from two other six-packs, and they are equally watered-down. This is very disappointing and makes me wonder if the milk is really "only" diluted with water, or what other things could possibly be mixed in there! Should I have it tested by a food safety agency to find out what it actually consists of? Will this supposed full-cream milk be replaced for me with proper milk? Or will I be reimbursed for the money I wasted on this milk which I now cannot drink or feed to my children? This does not make me trust Pick n Pay products?

Sure! Please find the information that you request below.

I do not, however, believe that a simple return and refund for the product solve this problem. How did this happen? What is in there? What are the implications for food safety and our health?? I believe these are serious questions to which I - and all other PnP customers - deserve answers.
