Dikeledi spoiled my sunday shopping

My heart is still sore as i write this report , dikeledi treated me like i was insignificant , like a washed up low life of a person , i do not not walk around fighting with people in the shops , my emotions have never been raised like this before, she should get fired that dikeledi, she has a very very bad attitude toward the customers . She called from the que and as i called my brother to hurry up because he was busy talking to his friend she immediately called another customer who was after me with such a bad attitude and hand gesture even, and i asked what was the problem , she said i'm waiting her time calling my brother she could be finished tilling the other customers products, i asked not to talk to me in that manner she persistently fought with me in front of other customers , i was embarrassed and shocked that an employee of such a reputable institution was fighting with me like that , her voice was raised , and she looked mean, please she does not belong in the customer facing roles she is bad for business. she really hurt my feelings and ruined my Sunday afternoon . I'd like to receive feedback as to how this staff member has been handled and brought to order.
