Dihlabeng Example for all.
Went to Pick n Pay Dihlabeng on Saturday. Halfway through I found that PnP doesn't have Jan Braai products. I left my half full trolley right there and went to another shop, as I know they keep it. It took ages to buy that one item as it was month end and the rows were extremely long and slow.
Went back to PnP, found my trolley there, finished my shopping, taking me not longer than 3 minutes in the queue. The genius who implenented the one queue system should be saluted. For years now, I go to PnP Dihlabeng and it will continue to be my first choice of all shopping. Thanks people.
