Digusting attitudes of Pick'n pay mechandisers

On 31st May 2025, i went to quagga mall pretoria branch of pick'n pay , buying optic white colgate that was priced R99,00 as per shelves, went to pay at till, tellr named Koketsoringed the price and she told me price i saw on the shelves insnt what its on th till which was R129,00, i told her every toothpaste on the shelves was priced at R99,00, i then went showed her the prices, she called a gal called lufuno to come explain when this lufuno came she was so ****ed, **** hit the roof yelling at me that its us customers who change prices on shelves its not her fault , i was so surprised with such an unfounded allegation, but i remained calm attitude is so freaking stinking, went back to till where Koketso called her supervisor named kedibone who helped, as if that's not enough, this lifuno gal then called her colleague still yelling that's not how she wanted to start her day, when this colleague came they continue hurlings insults and laughing at me as if i'm a freaking ******** saying its us customers who change prices, can't we read and see what on the shelves before we buy , koketso explained to this gals that everything on those shelves is R99,00, still they went away hurling insults and laughing, this attitude needs to be dealt with as a matter of urgency, and i request a further information or what you did with this matter
