Digital OTP systems are broken and support is a complete joke

PNP's OTP delivery system has been broken for quite a while now. I contacted support and the agent didn't want to acknowledge nor help me and cut off my call. Atrocious. Maybe I should just take all my shopping over to WW where they actually care about their loyal customers.
