DID NOT RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER - PAID IN FULL

I have ordered on the App on the 7th. They did not deliver my Huisgenoot, I reported it immediately, and then this morning i tried to phone as I received to e mails with my message!! Tried to phone this morning waited about 25 min for somebody to help me .....
