We contacted the call centre after receiving the notification that the delivery was at the gate and the lady handling the complaint was arrogant after trying to explain that we had not received the delivery. Made us hold for 35minutes without sorting the problem of the delivery. Come on ! Why provide a service if you cannot literally delivery
