despise online shop

You know I really should make my complaint to pnp a template….. because that’s how often I have to write the same thing. I absolutely detest ordering from you – you never have stock either it’s no water or no coke I mean how on earth do you not have stock of those. I ordered steps – no stock, roller towel – no stock, coke zero – no stock, brown sugar tubes and guess what, also no stock, it’s a joke. THEN I receive the order and you guessed it WRONG… I order a R400 spritzer mop and what do I get – just the microfibre attachment piece but you charge me for the correct mop and you are now ignoring all my mails asking for the correct mop or a refund and youve ignored previous credits aswell it pure thieving.... If this was once off it would be ok but its each and every order...
