Deplorable smart shopper service

<p>I downloaded the pnp smart shopper app on my phone. I was excited at the exclusive offers available on the app. The instructions were simple enough. Select a voucher and show the code to the cashier. So i chose my first voucher and proceeded according to instructions. The cashier didnt know how to use the voucher. Neither did 2 supervisors. I emailed pnp to let them know how awful the ecperience was. This was on july 22. Its august 5 today and still no response. Pnp is obviously too big to care about the consumer.</p>
